Hi there! I am glad you are here.
As Holistic Therapist for Psychotherapy & Stress Mastery Coach I help individuals and companies transform their relationship with stress, approaching stress challenges with greater ease and clarity—where energy is balanced, not drained.
Through the Holistic Stress Mastery program, I help professionals and organisations shift from mental unrest to lasting inner calm—all without losing drive or energy so they can thrive in their fields with more lasting calm and less constant stress.
I’m committed to redefining stress and anxiety management with a holistic approach that addresses these challenges from multiple angles, leading to real, lasting change.
I believe that mental well-being starts with holistic stress mastery.
My journey began with academic research in dance therapy in Mexico, where I combined my passions for anthropology and applied psychology through Aztec Dance Therapy. This experience sparked my curiosity and led me to coaching in 2014.
Coaching became a side project during my HR career in Berlin startups, inspiring me to launch mental health initiatives under Ellevate Coaching, with a focus on holistic mindset work.
However, I realized coaching had its limits, and I wanted to dive deeper into stress and anxiety conditions. This led me to pursue psychotherapy, becoming a licensed Non-Medical Practitioner for Psychotherapy (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapy), specializing in cognitive-behavioral therapy, Mindfulness, guided meditation therapy and psychoeducation.
Crossing Borders & Disciplines: The Journey That Shaped My Holistic Approach
Originally from Poland, I completed my Bachelor’s in Frankfurt Oder, followed by thesis research in Guadalajara, Mexico. Afterward, I returned to Berlin to complete my Master’s and had the chance to work on exciting international projects along the way—like a collaboration with the Mexican Embassy in The Hague, Netherlands and a Leonardo da Vinci Scholarship to study how body language impacts behavior and expression in Lisbon, Portugal.
In Berlin, I partnered with professionals on projects blending dance therapy, anthropology, and applied psychology.
Later, I launched yoga programs for workplace well-being and team connection at Book a Tiger, Smunch, Nuri, and RIDE Capital.
Long before the coaching boom, in 2014, I created the Coaching Lab at Affinitas GmbH, focusing on stress regulation and resilience training for international Customer Success teams managing challenging client interactions.
My international and interdisciplinary experience allows me to create culturally sensitive therapeutic spaces and design holistic programs that go beyond one-size-fits-all solutions.
International Online Therapy
Online therapy lets you access support from home, making it easier to fit sessions into your schedule—especially when stress comes from time constraints. Online sessions offer consistent support during transitions or disruptions, maintaining progress without interruption.
The primary language of the sessions is English. If you more comfortable in different language I offer sessions in Polish, German, and Spanish.
The THRIVE Technique: A Holistic Approach to Stress & Anxiety Relief
THRIVE Technique - a holistic a cognitive-somatic immersion that blends cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness, psychoeducation, body awareness, and a client-centered care.
Cognitive- behavioural techniques
Our cogntitive and emotional patterns impact our stress perception and regulation. THRIVE Techniques uses evidence-based practices from Acceptende & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Ellis's Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT).
Mindfulness
Once we understand our mental and emotional patterns, various mindfulness techniques help us find new ways to approach thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations. THRIVE Techniques incorporate a range of mindfulness practices, along with methods inspired by Polyvagal Theory, which deepens our understanding of the nervous system in relation to stress and regulation.
Body Awareness
The THRIVE Technique emphasizes Body Awareness as a key component in mastering stress and achieving emotional regulation. By focusing on physical sensations, it helps you become more attuned to your body’s signals, such as tension or discomfort, which are often linked to stress. This awareness enables you to release built-up tension and respond more effectively to stressors.
Psychoeducation
In the THRIVE Method, psychoeducation plays a crucial role in facilitating meaningful change. By offering short learning units about the methods and techniques applied, as well as insights into the conditions themselves, you gain a deeper understanding of their mental health challenges.
Investment in your mental well-being
As an non-medical psychotherapy practitioner - HPG licensed psychotherapy practitioner (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapy), I do NOT bill statutory health insurance companies. However, private health insurance or supplementary insurance may fully or partially cover the fees, depending on your policy. Please check with your health insurance provider to see if they reimburse services from a non-medical practitioner and to what extent.
