Integrative Support for Stress & Anxiety and Career Transitions

When work no longer fits — or when stress and anxiety become overwhelming — it affects how we think, feel, make decisions, and move through our life.

Depending on where you are right now, I offer two distinct ways of working: integrative psychotherapy, and a structured career transition program for people who want to approach change without destabilizing their lives.

Career Transitions with CalmA

Career Transitions with CalmA is a structured program for professionals who feel misaligned at work and want to change direction without destabilizing their lives.

We work on two levels:

  • Internal: understanding how fear, doubt, and urgency influence your decisions—and learning how to keep them from driving the process.

  • External: clarifying viable directions and designing a transition that makes sense financially, professionally, and personally.

Career transitions aren’t easy, but the way you move through them can be.

Which Support Is Right for You?

If you’re struggling with stress or anxiety because of your work or workplace, therapy can help you understand what’s behind it and support you in resetting your nervous system and unhelpful mental or emotional patterns. It’s a space to learn emotional regulation, build tools to manage stress, and reconnect with a version of yourself that feels more aligned, energized, and alive.

If you’re in a career transition and want to make the most of it—and actually feel good during the process—the Career Transitions with CalmA may be a better fit. It’s designed to support you emotionally and practically, so you can move forward with more ease, alignment, and direction.

Maybe you feel like you’re drifting. For a long time, you moved with a clear direction, a clear inner compass. And then, around your 40s (or whenever life shifts), you realize: life is too short—and something in you wants to realign your path.

Drifting can be a pause. It can also be the start of your next chapter. Sometimes staying where you are feels safer—it gives a sense of comfort or stability. But you know you want a path that feels aligned—one that engages your energy and makes your work feel worth your time.

You might think, “I’ll just quit and figure it out”. It sounds appealing—but the reality is, you can’t afford to destabilize your life.

These phases are challenging. But they don’t have to be chaotic. With the right structure and pacing, you can navigate this transition with steadiness—without destabilizing your life or your nervous system.

You might experience this phase as a career crisis—and that’s okay. It simply means something is evolving within you. Honor that. A crisis can also be an opening, an invitation to step off the old track and onto a new, more aligned one.

From Drifting To
Aligned & Enregized.

Stepping off the old track into a new one.

It’s not only about choosing a more aligned career direction—it’s also about developing the mental habits and perspectives that support lasting change. Transition doesn’t start with the external move—it starts with how you approach it.

Often, a new direction requires new patterns of thinking to actually make the transition sustainable.

For example: if you want to step away from a VP role that no longer excites you, but you’re worried about what others might think, the decision can feel uneasy. You might take the leap, but without the right mindset and approach, the change can feel reactive rather than intentional.

Realizing that the VP path—or any current role—no longer aligns with your goals is simply recognition of change. Maybe you want something different now: a side project, a new direction, or work that feels more meaningful. And so what if you’re 40 or beyond?

Your career goals can evolve—and that’s okay. You don’t have to stay tied to a vision you created years ago. Transitioning to work that fits your current priorities is about making intentional, aligned choices on your own timeline.

This is your process. Your path. Your decisions. By clarifying what truly matters to you, you can design a career direction that energizes you and makes the most of your time and effort—without destabilizing your life.

Regulating your career goals does not mean you’re indecisive.

Don´t lose yourself in the transition.

Burnout doesn’t always come from stress alone—it often comes from abandoning the relationship you have with yourself. Maybe you’re burning out because you over-please, or because you push through the overwhelm, driven by that constant urge to prove your worth. Maybe a toxic workplace has put you into protection mode.

These patterns can intensify during transitions, when uncertainty makes everything feel even more fragile.

But here’s the hopeful part: transitions also give you a chance to come back to yourself—to reconnect, or even discover for the first time, how you want to support yourself in a healthier, more aligned way.

In this short quiz, you can explore your burnout style.
Because as you know, everything starts with awareness.

And I get it - life gets in a way.
We are busy. It´s hard to find time to slow down and reset.

Clarity isn’t just about what you do.

It’s about how you feel while doing it.

That’s why emotional regulation is woven into the process — so your next steps don’t feel like pressure or force, but something you can move toward with steady, calm energy.

This is also where Micro Emotional Resets come in — to anchor the direction you’re choosing, and it is such an amazing support during a job search, and beyond!
